THE No.4 OF THE HUMAN AND HUMANITARIAN RIGHTS MAGAZINE WAS PUBLISHED

The Journal of Human and Humanitarian Rights is a publication specialized in the various topics of international and inter-American human rights and IHL law, and is coordinated by the Latin American Network of Human and Humanitarian Rights, and the National Chapters that comprise it. It offers the reader the possibility of accessing an in-depth analysis of the most important topics of IHRL and IHL. The objective is to publish a production of high scientific value that is useful for the academic, legal and university community, from the perspective of academics, researchers and members of the judicial branch from different countries in America and other continents, with semiannual publications of the Magazine and a Yearbook. Adapted to new digital technological formats with constant updates on the topic it addresses. The publication consists of three Sections: Doctrine, Commented Jurisprudence and Jurisprudence.

The Magazine is directed by Eduardo J. R. Llugdar (Argentina) and Andrés M. Briceño Chaves (Colombia), and in its sections they address issues inherent to the wide range of matters that comprise the delicate system of protection of human dignity, from the perspective of specialized doctrine, the sentences and resolutions of international and regional courts and organizations of human rights and international humanitarian law, annotated and the latest news on jurisprudence regulations and protection standards.
