Andrés Briceño Lawyer SAS is a legal firm dedicated to advising, consulting, developing concepts and providing legal and technical services. We focus on providing personalized, accurate and effective solutions for each of our clients addressing their specific needs and structuring their resolution through advice, consultancy and representation.
For more than twenty-one years dedicated to law and its implementation in different private or state areas, we formalized in 2019 to directly serve our clients by offering them services with highest professional quality standards aimed at finding personalized solutions for each one of their needs. The great experience added to a solvent academic doctoral and magister training enable us to assume the different public, private, judicial, arbitration, national and international scenarios.

LAWYER / LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE
Lawyer graduated from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He studied his Master's Degree (Cum Laude outstanding thesis) and Master Degree at Universidad Carlos III from Madrid, Spain. He has served as Auxiliary Magistrate of the State Council for eight years as a Legal Manager of Positiva Compañía de Seguros. He has worked in other national entities such as Banco Colpatria and La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. He has been an Advisor to the National Agency for Legal Defense of the State and the National Land Agency, among others. During his professional career he has also served as a University Professor of Law for more than 18 years at the Universidad Externado de Colombia, Universidad del Norte, Universidad Libre, Universidad Santo Tomás, Universidad de la Sabana, among others. He is currently the Director of the Master of Administrative Law.

Doctor and Surgeon of the Universidad Libre de Cali. He has an extensive experience in implementation of Quality Management Mystems ISO 9001: 2015; General System of Social Security in Health (SGSSS); Health Quality Audit System; Implementation of the Mandatory Health Quality Assurance System (SOGCS); Unique Qualification System (SUH); Audit Program for Health Quality Improvement (PAMEC); Unique Accreditation System (SUA); Information System for Quality in Health (SIC); Implementation of the Patient Safety Policy; Implementation of the Health Services Delivery Model for Health Promotion and Maintenance and Disease Prevention through the Primary Health Care (PHC) strategy with a focus on Social Determinants of Health and Humanization of Health Care; Implementation of the Comprehensive Territorial Action Model (MAITE); Conformation and implementation of Comprehensive Networks of Health Service Providers (RIPSS); Comprehensive Health Care Routes (RIAS); Implementation of the Emergency Medical System (SEM); Mental Health Policy; Teaching Service Agreements with IES; General System of Labor Risks (SGRL); Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).
PARTNER / INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER
Industrial Designer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She advanced the Master in Design, Management and Development of New Products at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. She is a graduate of the Specialization in Public and Private Lighting at the National University of Colombia. She has worked in different Spanish and Colombian entities in the integral Development of Projects, Customer Service and Administrative and/or logistics functions.
